    Specified units will be available for sale "as is" or with your choice of upgrades that include hardwood floors, upgraded carpet, new cabinets, new appliances, tile floors, and others.  Three bedroom units have hookups for full sized washers and dryers.  Stacked washers and dryers can be installed in the 1 bedroom and full sized in the 2 bedroom models as an upgrade.  Sales will begin early in 2008.  Some of the upgrades can be seen in the photos below.

     Sales will not affect existing leases and apartments will be offered to existing residents.
